Role Summary:
The Call Center Executive at Bhuyain IT Company serves as the pivotal first point of contact between our clients and our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, adept at understanding client needs, and enthusiastic about contributing to their success.
Client Engagement: Initiate and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing clients with detailed information about our digital marketing services.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries promptly and effectively, offering solutions and guidance on various digital marketing strategies and tools.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine interest in their business needs and objectives
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues.
Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to the relevant departments to drive continuous improvement in our services and client satisfaction.

English Requirements: Excellent English communication skills are required. Must be able to speak English fluently with clients
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the digital marketing or IT sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools, with a keen interest in staying updated on digital marketing trends.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
Mandatory Platforms, Software and Skills Experience (Mandatory):
Sales -Must have sales experience over Phone or Zoom.

Job Location: Work From Home ( PST TIME 9:30 TO 6:30 AND ONE HOUR BREAK)
Salary & Benefits: Starting salary is 25,000 to 35,000 BDT with a monthly (Uncapped Bonuses: Based on performance)
