Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Bhuyain It, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our products. We are searching for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client success experience, who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with small to medium size business owners.

  • Ensure clients understand and experience the best experience.

  • Manage clients ads on Meta or Google.

  • Help clients with setting up CRM (Training will be provided)

  • Weekly, Monthly meet with clients, Virtually.

  • Help them build marketing plan and executive with them.

  • Follow up with new leads and potential business. Come on a video call and show them our services.

  • Attention to details. Provide accurate reporting of your work.

  • Staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.

  • Candidate must have proven skill-set/experience with distinct achievements in this field.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a similar role.

  • Speak fluent English and can conduct Zoom calls.

  • Be able to run Facebook and Google ads

  • Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience).

Mandatory Platforms, Software and Skills Experience (Mandatory):

  • Facebook Ads (Targeting, KPI’s, Data-based Decision Making)

  • Previously use Funnel Building Software

  • Sales -Must have sales experience over Phone or Zoom.

  • Direct-Response Messaging

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary is 20000 to 25,000 BDT with a monthly (Uncapped Bonuses: Based on performance)

Must have a reliable computer or laptop with high speed Internet connection: Minimum 20mb/s; Have a decent camera and work station to work with clients.
